Returns Policy

Unused factory sealed items may be returned for a full refund for up to 15 days from date of the original purchase.
We cannot refund opened merchandise, however, we are Buena Vida for a Better Life and may negotiate an exchange or
discount on your next purchase.

To start your return (In Person or Online Order),

1) Head on over to our contact us page and open a support ticket with our fulfillment team

2) Your representative will advise you to bring the damaged or unsatisfactory product into
the Buena Vida Wellness Store at the Sunland Park Mall so we can get you on the path to a Better Life.

3) We will stay in touch throughout the return process and once we have your replacement, we will give you a call and
let you know that your product is ready for pick up.

To start your return (Online Via Mail),

1) Head on over to our ‘contact us’ page and open a support ticket with our fulfillment team and let them know you want
to proceed with receiving your refund through the mail.

2) Your representative will advise you on how to mail the damaged or unsatisfactory product to
the Buena Vida Wellness Store at the Sunland Park Mall so we can get you on the path to a Better Life.

3) We will stay in touch throughout the return process and once we have your replacement, we will give you a call to let you know
that your product replacement is on it’s way.

To start your return (In Person or Online Order [Credit/Debit Refund]),

You may choose to receive your money back for your purchase, we understand. Only Credit and Debit cards are eligible for refund. No cash refunds.

1) Head on over to our ‘contact us’ page and open a support ticket with our fulfillment team and let them know that you’d like a
Credit/Debit Card Refund.

2) Your representative will advise you to bring the damaged or unsatisfactory product into
the Buena Vida Wellness Store at the Sunland Park Mall so we can get you on the path to a Better Life.

3) Once we have the product (Damaged or Unsatisfactory) we will issue the refund right then and there. (May take 3-5 business days to reflect on your bank account)
